I recently purchased a resale condo. Agreed to pay 9% option in return for King-sized bed (w 2 mattresses) + pull out bed (w 2 mattresses). Only Seller's agent involved in tranx [we do not have any agent]. OTP does not indicate in the inventory, but our lawyers took note of it. Owner moved out, and left only King sized bed behind. What can we do in this case? Please advise. Thank you!

Hi Z,

If you mentioned that the lawyer has took note of it, perhaps you can highlight this to the lawyer.

The tricky issue will be the inventory list that was not done since your offer includes requiring the seller to leave behind certain items.

This is something which may not evolve should you have a salesperson representing your interest.
