I recently completed a SPA and am happy to own a mickey mouse condo unit of 484 sq ft as advertised in the daily and even in many property portals.
To my horror when I received a copy of the brochure I discovered that the unit is actually 474 sq ft making my mickey mouse unit more mickey-mousee than originally thought.
Can I get legal redress for this discrepancy ? In terms of psf this could mean ten thousand dollars difference.

Hi,

The unit size as mentioned in the Sales and Purchase Agreement would be more correct than on the sales brochure.

Thanks!
