I really like one of small project @ JLB as it's freehold, secluded, spacious, have good layout and selling at relatively low psf.
However my agent doesn't recommended it, as it will be difficult to resell/rent in the future and also the value will be stagnant or, even worse, depreciate.
My agent suggested me instead to consider new 99-year high-rise project in Fernvale area as the value will appreciate after Seletar area developed and also easier to get buyer/tenant in the future.
Any pro and cons from other agents regarding properties at JLB vs Fernvale?
