You will not be affected by the Seller's Stamp Duty as your condo is bought in 2009. The 1st Seller Stamp Duty policy started on 20 Feb 2010.
If you sell, you will need to pay the following charges:
1. Legal Fee, est. $2K ~ $2.5K
2. Agent Comm, 2% (negotiable between seller/agent)
3. Bank penalty charges, depending on type of loan package you took.
