I planned to bto with my partner. Currently my partner is unemployed and I just started my job (1 month). We want to be eligible for the EHG which need to work a min. 12 months for income assessment.
Would like to check if I were to find a new job, would it affect the 12 months income assessment? (if I were to find a new job once i quit the current one)

Hi,
It is too early to apply for a HDB flat. You need 12 months continuous employment to qualify for all grants. Also, you need some cash in your hand. So, focus on getting 12 months employment track record first before applying for the HFE.
Please contact me so that I can be of further assistance.
Cheers!

It does not have to be but must be continuous. Otherwise, you may not qualify for certain grants or lower quantum

must the 12 months employment track record be from the same company? (if i plan to change job)
