I plan to buy a condo for my father above 90 years old. The ownership is under my father name, and I will pay the condo in Full cash. Will IRAS go after me that my intention is to avoid paying ABSD?

If the intention is for him to have a property to live out his golden years peacefully and a healthy environment to age in place, it will not be an issue. May I know if he owns any other residential property at the moment?
