I plan to buy a condo at , jurong west, clementi, west coast, buona vista area. is 50k cash n 200k cpf sufficient? I need it for living so recently TOP or not so old will be good. Any recommendation?

How many rooms unit are you looking at? if you are thinking of smaller units like 1+1 or 2bedroom maybe lower in total quantum.
