i owned a 5rm hdb with my parents. 3 owners for this property.

now we intend to sell and buy another flat, doing contra.. the other resale flat will be buying with my fiancee who is a SPR..

the current flat we are having HDB loan, can i still apply for HLE with my fiancee as applicants, and parents under occupier.??

my parents checked that they had actually taken more than 2 hdb loan , by putting them under occupier, will it affect my application for HLE?

Evening,

To put your parent as essential occupier on your upcoming purchase, it might affect your application for 2nd HDB loan. If you choose to purchase with your spouse only with 2nd HDB loan application, the proceed from the sales of the current unit will be split according to the share allocation. You will then be required to use 50% of the profit on the upcoming purchase, along with your CPF monies, before you can get loan for the rest.
