I own an HDB unit which I purchased 4 years back. Is there any restriction to buy a private unit in Singapore or a foreign country? I am currently a PR.

Morning Raj,
Being PR, you would have purchased the unit without grant, using bank loan. Hence you would have long fulfilled your MOP, provided you have being staying there for more than 1 year. Thus you are currently eligible to purchase private property.
