Afternoon Jay,

I'm afraid the answer is not in your favor.
If you were to upgrade your current unit, which should have fulfilled MOP, you are required to sell away your private property within 6 months from key collection. And as you have purchase the condo in Apr 2010, you will be subjected to Seller Stamp Duty.

You are not able to keep your condo after you have purchase a HDB flat as mentioned by Mike.
