I own a pte propety but i going to attend hdb 1st appointment for purchase
a resale flat. According hdb rule within 6 months we need to dispose the pte property.Possible my parents inheritance the pte property? During the 1st appointment with hdb, can i sign the agreement within 6 mths i need to dispose the property?Possible i can transfer the ownership to my parents within the period?

Morning Sharon,

Under the HDB regulation, HDB buyers have to sell their private property within 6 months from key collection of their HDB unit. As long as you have your name removed from the private property, you are no longer considered as private property owner.
