I own a private property. Can my spouse buy a resale HDB resale flat after transferring his share to me and after 15 months?

Hi
as long as you fulfil the 15 months period from the official date of transfer or is above 55(Where no 15months cooling period is applicable), your spouse will then be able to purchase a resale flat no bigger than 4R.

Hi,
As both of you are legally married, to be eligible for resale HDB he has to include your name in the application. This means you will have to sell away the private property, which I believe is not your objective. To own 2 properties the only way is for him to buy another private property under his own name after decoupling from the existing one.
