I own a HDB flat with my sister. It has been fully paid off. Both of us are SPRs. Can you advise what should i do with my current flat if i were to be a Singaporean? Am I eligible to buy a HDB flat after becoming a Singaporean?

Hi, you are eligible to buy a HDB once you turns Singaporean. However, you will need to sell your current flat within 6 mths upon taking keys of the new HDB. Best regards, J.A.Goh, HP: 96390350  , Email: gohja@singnet.com.sg Read More

Afternoon, Your unit were purchased under the older scheme. Hence if you becomes a citizen and choose to purchase BTO or resale flat under single scheme, both of you are required to sell the current unit within 6 months from key collection. Do feel free to contact me for further discussion. Regards Mike Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
