I only have 160k cpf, currently contributing $756.09 monthly to oridnary account. pl advice what can i buy? i only have a kid staying with me, no need huge room.
location no issue.but hope to have high floor,corner unit, if possible, unblock view.

Hi,

I suggest you buy a hdb flat. If you are eligible to take HDB loan, then the upfront cash will be lesser. If not need to take bank loan.

Afternoon,

Assuming you are taking bank loan of $200k of 2%, your monthly installment is around $740. This would mean that 3 room flat around Yishun and Woodlands would be well within your reach. The main concern now would be your cash component.
