I need to know how much rental prices for landed property (semi-D) in central area have changed from 2010 to now. Please advise

Dear sir/madam,

What is your concern? Rental prices has increased generally over all sectors, therefore the main issue is the condition of unit, actual location and the furnishings options provided.

Hi,

Generally, the rental price for Semi-D in Central area had increased about 10% from Q3 2010 to Q2011.
