I & my wife became Singaporeans in 2003. We have been thinking of buying a HDB flat. Are we eligible for the first-time home buyers grant? How much would we get, and what are the terms for availing this grant?

Please advise.

Hi Rajiv,

If you are a Singaporean, you are entitle to a $30K 1st Timer Grant if you household income is less than $8K with an Additional Grant up to $30K if the household income is less than $4K.
