3) This is one of the reasons for buyers engage service from an agent to filter off these phishing and non-updated ads, etc, and spend their precious time to see what is currently available.
4) Most of us can only spend quality time on things that are important. It would be better to leave these non-important time-consuming tasks to someone who is professional on this.
5) On top of that, your agent also will schedule viewings for you to see those units that you are keen. They can also advise the pricing accordingly.
