Afternoon,

To get 80% loan for your upcoming purchase, you must be able to present the OTP for the sales of your current unit. 5% must be cash and the remaining can be a mixture.

Without the OTP, bank can only disperse 60% for your upcoming purchase, where 10% must be cash and the remaining in mixture of cash and CPF.
