i m a sc, have 130k in cpf, 80k cash. no outstanding loan now as sold my first hdb 2 years ago. currently staying with parents. would like to buy a property again, should i buy a hdb EM or a 2 bed room condo?

Evening Ong,

Under single scheme, you are not eligible for EM or EA. With the amount of CPF and cash that you have at hand, you are eligible for condo of around $950k.
