Hi,

You need to sell off your condo and wait out 30 months before you can apply for a new BTO/new EC from developer. If you purchase resale hdb, you need to sell off your condo within 6 months of purchase completion.

To have 2 properties the only way is to purchase another private property, in the form of resale EC or new condo. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Good morning buyer,

You will have to dispose off your condo within 6 months from resale HDB purchase completion date.

You can continue to hold on to your existing condo if you purchase a privatised resale EC and must be SC or SPR if you are purchasing a resale EC that is less than 10 years.

If you will like to apply for new HDB or EC, you will have to dispose off your condo first and observe 30 months waiting period before you can apply for either one.
