I keep seeing flyers stating “buyer willing to pay up to $30k-$40k cash and willing to wait 3 to 6 months.” This seems like individual buyer who want to buy without using an agent. It looks suspicious to me though. Do you think it is legitimate?

It's difficult to tell, but usually I will still call and check it out, in case there is really a buyer lead for the sellers I am representing. Are you exploring the sale of your unit at the moment? Thanks and hope to assist with your housing plans further and discuss.
