i just sold my property last yr to clear my debts (nothing to do with loan shark loan) that has been hunting me for the past 5 yrs. right now i don't even have any single cent with me to buy a house. i've been to the HDB for appeal to get myself a new flat under HDB loan but was rejected due to the house (open market) i just sold. so how am i going to get a flat with no cash in my hand? can i asked the seller for some cash instead?
