I just recently started looking for resale flat for own stay (will be 35 in Nov). If I see a unit I am interested in here on propertygugu website, which is the best way to go about viewing the flat? Do I contact agent via the listing page? Or call agent directly? I have yet to appoint agent as I am open to a few different locations.
