Congratulations on your new milestone! Yes its possible but do note you need to form a family nucleus to purchase new EC, singles are not eligible to purchase unless its 2 eligible SC singles 35 years and above joint purchase. Congrats on getting your citizenship! You can start looking at for an EC to buy immediately. However, do take note that there are quite a number of EC projects available in the market right now. Picking the right one to buy will allow you to maximize your gain in the future.

There are also drop out units, ie buyers who gave up their units at EC development. These units are good units and are usually snapped up within a week. I have assisted many of my clients to own an EC, please feel free to contact me so that I can share with you my opinions on the different projects and also inform you immediately when there are drop out units!
