I just got my PR status last Oct 2008, will I be eligible to buy HDB flats?

Hi Jo,
Of course u are eligible to buy HDB flats but only with your spouse or siblings. You wont be able to get it with another person who is single or just one person you.
Also, as you are buying a HDB flat, which is governed by the local government, there will be quite some other criteria u need to fulfil.
Perhaps you can further discuss with your agent or you may want to contact myself for a better understanding.
