Hi Amos, It is possible to be looking at $0 COV however, are you expecting that conditions of house must be tip top and it must be within walking distance to MRT or future MRT, need a high floor corner unit? As Yanhui has mentioned, I believe no sellers are willing to list their property for sale at $0 COV, especially those of premium conditions. Being in a mature estate, the interesting thing is that the demand will always be healthy therefore COV will definitely not be affected as much in the current climate when you compare with new estates like Sengkang, Punggol and Bukit Panjang.
