I just complete the condo purchased. While collect key the seller only handover 1 access card to me and only 1 key for the main door. The rest of the key(room and letter box) have duplicate.

When I go management office. They say they had issued 3 access card to seller. In this situation can I ask seller pay for the replacement? My agent told me seller say only got 1 access card.
