I intend to keep my current HDB for rental and stay in condo for my family. I've fully paid up my 5rm HDB. Is it easy now to get 90% loan from Bank today?

Hi Derek,
My personal experience, I just got a 90% loan approval from OCBC 2 mths ago. And I have yet paid off my HDB loan.
So to answer your question... if you do not have any other loan...and pending on your credit analysis.... there are banks still able to offer you 90% loan.
If you are keen to get a Private condo, let me help you. Let me know which project you are interested in, and I could also arrange for a bank officer to talk to you and get the loan approval prior to committing a unit.
