I intend to buy a resale flat and i'm aware there is stamp fee, legal fee etc payable to HDB. How much must i put aside if the let say final price of the flat is 320K

Afternoon Mike,

Excluding the COV, the stamp fee = 320k * 35 -5400. Your legal fee should be around $192. The Valuation is around $187 and HDB admin fee is $80. Ceveat is around $134 and the agent's commission is less than 1%, for my case.
