I intend to buy a HDB under my wife's name during BTO launches with me as an occupier. Do I need to fulfil any MOP criteria before I can buy a condo if the BTO project is completed?

If the BTO project is yet completed, am I allowed to buy a condo in the same area as my kids are going to nearby schools?

Hi,

As occupier or applicant, both need to meet MOP of 5 years for BTO before you can purchase any 2nd property. Thanks and hope it clarifies, is there anything else I can assist further?

Hi, both of you have to physically stay in the BTO unit for 5 years before you could plan for the next Condo purchase.
