Ohiyo!!

I have sold a few properties in Floravale earlier. Familiar with the layout and facilities.

A few questions u need to ponder over:
1) has the loan been fully redeemed/paid?
else, u can only have choice to take up a 60% bank loan. Sufficient to pay for next purchase downpayment?
2) Are u able to buy first or need to sell first and extend rental in floravale?
3) which development u interested in east part? is it easier to choose a unit to buy in current market.

I am concerned. Let me know if we can discuss further. Wont want yourself to be tied in an entanglement.
