I have stayed in my current HDB flat for more than 10 years, I bought it from secondary market then. I have just bought a condo, can I know whether am I eligible to rent out my HDB flat and stay in the condo?

Hi Jen,

Yes, you may stay in condo and rent out HDB. The rule is as long as you have stayed for 5 yrs in HDB, you may rent out.
