May I know what purchase, and what outstanding loan are your referring to? If you are talking about HDB resale flat, yes you may purchase if you qualify under one of the HDB eligibility schemes (public, single singapore citizen schem etc.) and if your OA is enough. There are still some cash outlay involved though such as COV, agency fees and HDB admin, option fees.

If you have an outstanding loan for private property, you have to sell your private property within 6 months of key collection to HDB resale flat. Thanks and may I assist you further with your housing requirements?

Hi, when you purchase hdb, all your cpf balance will be wipe off to clear the valuation price unless minimum sum limitation. To be able to advise you in details, kindly drop me an email for me to share.

Evening,

Based on your statement, should I conclude that your outstanding loan are actually personal unsecured loans? If so and your CPF OA is sufficient to pay for the purchase of resale HDB, at or below valuation, you would not require a mortgage loan.
