I have sold my first flat bought direct from HDB in the open market on 1992.
I intend to buy a 3 rooms flat direct from HDB in 2009. Do I need to pay any resale levy?

Hi , you wil be to subject to either premium or resale levy. In the year 1992 if you can remember you can opt for either one. Thanks.
