Morning Jann,

If you have not sold with HDB loan, you are not required to utilize the cash profit from that particular sales.

Hi,

I'm not too sure what do you mean by cashing in the cash profit, but since New EC requires a bank loan, your typical outlay will be breakdown as such:

Cash 5%
CPF 15%
Max Bank loan 80%
Stamp duties about 3%

Thanks and may I know which EC are you considering? Have a few value-buys on hand at the moment. Thanks and hope to discuss further.

Warm regards

Hi there!

Thank you for your query!
Are you referring to the cash component for the purchase?
As for cash payment:
For 80% loan,
20% will be cash.
5% Cash and 15% CPF.

Other fees:
Normal BSD 3%
Legal Misc Fees
No agent fees.

I recently helped a client secure his EC unit at Bellewoods over the past weekend and will be glad to walk you through the entire procedure, at no obligation and no cost!

My company manages most or rather all of the ECs- Westwoods, Skypark, Ecopolitan, Terrace/Bellewoods/Bellewaters and many more! You name it, we have it. As such, I will be able to disseminate information and pricing details at the quickest due to being from the developer sales team.

Let's catch up at 96659926  and allow me to walk you through this process seamlessly! Furthermore, no agent fees is involved, with the entire technicalities of the purchase resting on my shoulders to best protect and maximize your interest.

Do you mean whether do you need to use 50% of your sales proceeds into this new EC purchase?

Oh well, you don't have.

But do take note that there will be cash component for this purchase.

1) Booking fee 5% cash
2) 15% CPF downpayment
3) estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty
4) $3k legal fee
5) valuation fee, stamp duty for mortgage

Hope my explantion helps!
