You cannot just amend like that. It is advisable to speak to the Seller and the Seller Agent on your situation. Especially if the Sellers already submitted the case, you will have to submit the case within the next 7 days too. If the Sellers had not submitted, you can try to see if you can work out a arrangement which is good for all parties.
