From your statement, you want to purchase resale HDB unit, with your husband and daughter. Hence you are looking at 3 ownership of the unit.
It can be done, but you won't be eligible for grant, as your daughter is not 35 years old yet.
The current issue would be: are you taking HDB loan or Bank loan? If you are taking HDB loan, you need to check with HDB how much CASH you need to put into your resale unit, if your previous unit is sold with profit. If you are taking bank loan, you need to check how much the bank can loan you.
