i have just sold off my flat with my sibling for the first time. Am i eligible to buy a flat from HDB with my name alone? i m 40 this year and single singaporean.

Morning Kitty,

Single SC are allowed to purchase resale unit of not bigger than 5 room flat under the single scheme. The next things to consider about is to get financing from bank or HDB, depending on your income status and plans.
