I have just sold my BTO flat recently. The BTO flat owner & co-owner is under me and my husband's name. My daughter is thinking of buying an EC. She's 22 yrs old. Can she buy the EC using together with my name to form a family nuclear?

Morning Jas,

She can purchase new EC with you but must be both of you to form a family nucleus provided both of you didn't buy units from HDB twice. (new/ resale HDB, DBSS, EC)
