I have just paid the initial $1,000 option fee for a 5-room HDB unit, and the valuator will be at the place to conduct a new valuation (the previous one is expired) this Monday. My question is, how long (estimate) would it take before I can obtain the keys and move in, assuming I don't need any renovation?

Evening,

Your servcing agent should have advised your on the process, as per Buyer's Resale checklist. From the date of exercise, presuming it's an immediate summission, it should take about 2.5 months to 3 months, before you get to collect your keys.
