I have just gotten my HDB BTO (keys and ownership) in Dec 2011. Can I buy a private property in 5 years time, without selling my current HDB?

Afternoon Eunice,

As at this moment, the answer is yes. But as we are aware, new policies are released every now and then. We have went through at least 6 cooling measures within a period of less than 3 years while you are planning for 5 years later.
