I have HLE 70K frm HDB. Currently Iam staying in 4A room flat at Sims Drive. Mine is a negative sale. I cannot afford to pay so much cash deposit to buy another flat. Iam okay with 3Rm or 4Rm flat. My budget is 200K - 300K only to purchase a flat.

Pls advice.
