i have heard buyers purchasing units in NUOVO at 1.05 Million for 1389 sqft. Do you foresee the price remain or drop with the government 's meaures on 14 Jan 2011 ?? With the selling point of MRT, amenities, market, school.. will be continue to increase ?? Will we regret not getting a unit in NUOVO in a few months time as the increses is from 30-60k easily !! Will there be a good and big size of master bed room , living room, kitchen and other room in the same estate comparing with NUOVO ? Those that are much older estate around NUOVO are not as good as NUOVO comparing the sizes and location. Will this kustify to purchase now ? Anyway, not sure whether the price will increase OR REMAIN in NUOVO.

I'm Bishan Resident. My opinion is:

If it is for your own stay and if you have a good feeling on NUOVO. And if your financial has no problem, then you should go ahead with the purchase.

In property, there is no such as right time or wrong time to buy. You are buying for own stay and not for speculating, so my feeling is go ahead to view as many units as possible in NUOVO, calculate your sums and when you really fall in love with one unit, then go ahead to nego on the price and go ahead with your purchase. Then look forward to your new home.

Nobody can advise where the prices will be heading in real estate. A lot of buyers miss the boat and prices increase, then they regret not gettig it earlier. By then is too late. Maybe you will need to wait for another cycle.
