I have found The Plaza @ beach road rates very low compared to near by condos. Is there a particular reason why the psf rates are so low except that there is no gym/swimming facilities at the The Plaza. Would you suggest this as a good investment? Also, a lot of agents emphasize that it is due enbloc soon. Is that correct? Please let me know as I'm considering to buy one unit in The Plaza very soon.
