I have divorced who used to own a resale flat using the 30k grant due to near to my previous in law place but sold off while filing a divorce. Now I am going to re-marry, could I buy a new flat from HDB.

Morning JK,

You are still eligible to purchase BTO unit from HDB, provided that your spouse have not used up both chances. You will be considered as second timer though.
