Hi Rafik,

Projects at East Coast are especially those with sea view along the coastal are among one of the most sought area in Singapore. Therefore, it would better to sell your Edelwiess now and move to East Coast.

Generally, East Coast area condo fared better to Changi area condo in term of appreciation and rental yield.
