Hi,

It will take about 2 weeks for CPF funds to be returned to your OA after resale completion, depending on the circumstances of your transaction.

You need not wait till the 2nd appointment (of your Flat A) to start buying a flat (Flat B), so long as your timelines are managed carefully, in which the Sale of A is completed earlier than the Purchase of B, so that you can allow enough time for CPF monies to refund to your OA, and then withdraw them for purchase, and minimize any inconvenience in between.

You will need to know what type of unit you are looking at and how sellable is your property. Working closely with the timeline on the funding is also vital. However, I believe your agent would also be in get of position to provide you with sound advise.
