I have been staying in a rented flat for 15years n our kids is growing up. Can we purchase a 2 rm flat? My husband n i have a cpf of a total of 45k and this is our 1st time buying a house. Can u advise? Now i'm working with a mthly pay of 1.8k n contribute cpf n husband is a grab driver n he have no cpf contribution.
