The main reason for the difficulty is because you have not engaged an agent to assist you. As agents not all of us have accounts with PropertyGuru. As such, many of us use adhoc platforms like private Telegram, WhatsApp chatgroups etc to look for other agents who have clients who match their own units for sale.
