I have been a SPR for more than 5 years and my wife has been an SPR for around 2 years. Am i eligible to buy a resale HDB after considering the new 3 years SPR ruling? In other words if only one person has been an SPR for more than 3 years is the household eligible?

Good afternoon, Due to the new regulation, both parties must fulfilled the SPR status of 3 years each before they are eligible to purchase a resale HDB. Thus in this case, both of you might to wait another year. Hope it helps!
